Teledent required an e-Commerce website that allowed for uploading 2D and 3D radiology scan files, as part of the order process. The site also had to comply with Australian regulation on how medical records can be transmitted and stored.
Reporting Portal
Once a new order is placed, a new report entity is created to track the progress of the report delivery. Teledent will downloaded the imaging files, analyse them, and write a report, the report is uploaded to the website, which notifies the original customer that their report is ready to be downloaded. All of the process has to be secure, and ensure no patient data can leak out into the public eye.
